The sizes are based on a single person in the drawing, with either a plain background or none at all. For adding a background and/or additional people in the drawing, please send inquiries via the booking form. The sizes are approximate and can be modified slightly to fit your frame size.

How much will I have to pay as a deposit?
There are two stages to the deposit:
- To Book: A non-refundable £30 admin fee is required to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted from the full price of the artwork.
- To Start: The full price of the artwork must be paid before I begin the drawing.
How long will it take for a work to be ready?
It typically takes between 3-4 weeks from the time I start drawing an A4 size (9 x 12") picture for it to be completed and ready for postage. However, this can vary depending on the project, such as whether there is a detailed background, how many people or pets are in the picture, etc. If you’re in a hurry or need it for a special occasion, please let me know, and I’ll see what I can do! 🙂
Where will you post, and how much will it cost?
I ship worldwide as long as a reliable postal service is available. Postage and package within the UK is free, using a standard recorded postal service. If you require expedited delivery, I will ask you to cover the difference in cost.
Can I choose the style of my commission?
Yes, you can to some extent, as long as it’s within my abilities. I prefer to decline a commission rather than take on something I know won’t satisfy either me or my client. I will always communicate with you before starting to ensure it aligns closely with your vision, regarding background colour, size, etc.
Will you adjust the picture if I’m not happy with the progress?
I will make reasonable adjustments, but they must be within reason!
What happens if I cancel my order?
Before I Start: If you cancel before I begin, you will receive a full refund minus a £30 admin fee.
After I Start: Once I begin the drawing, cancellations can be challenging. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but please understand that once significant progress has been made, cancellation may not be feasible. Depending on the stage of the drawing, you may receive a percentage of your payment back. If the drawing is nearly finished, I’m afraid I cannot offer a refund. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible.

Shipping
All finished works are professionally mounted on 2mm mounting board, wrapped in acid-free paper, and then securely wrapped in bubble wrap before being placed in a beautiful presentation box, which is further enclosed in a postal cardboard box to ensure a safe journey without bending or damage. I will use Royal Mail recorded delivery for posting.
Postage and packaging are FREE OF CHARGE for all UK destinations. For international destinations, I only charge the actual cost of postage. I will inform you of the shipping cost BEFORE starting the work.
